" I used to have a tattoo of a rose on my breast, now it's just a long stem" Sagging breasts

A great bra will always have your breasts looking lifted and perky no matter what your age! If your bra isn't giving you this effect it's time to trash it.
Sagging breasts are part of the aging process, but the right  bra can lift your breasts for that flattering look we all adore. How can you tell if your bra is giving you the support you need? All you need is mirror! In the correct bra you nipple will be half way between you shoulder and your elbow. If the ladies aren't there you're not getting the support you need.
Having a properly fitting bra band is key to this equation, because the band is where you get your support from. The weight of your breasts will weigh down the front of your bra if the band is too loose. You can also loose support by a band that is too big. If you an place more than two fingers under your bra band it is too big.
Still sagging even though you have a properly fitting bra? Chances are your bra has keeled over. Your bras are not a Honda, ladies, they won't last forever!
Six to nine months is the life expectancy of a bra, but, of course this depends on how you wash and store your bras. Another common mistake women make is wearing their bras too long. If you want to keep your breasts from sagging replacing them regularly is a must.
Want to know a trick? If you buy your bra to fit on the loosest hook you're preventing it from stretching too much, giving you longer wear time.

Ouch! Underwire pain

Underwire bras leaving the tissues under your breasts sore? This is sadly becoming a more popular complaint to retailers and bra companies. Your bra should never leave bruises or sores on your body. Because of this complaint some women believe that all underwire bras are uncomfortable, this my ladies is FALSE!
A underwire bra that fits correctly should lie flat against your side without pinching or poking, also it should surround your entire breast. "But now I have spillage on the sides", that simply means your cup is too small- easy fix :)
Again, a proper fitting will ensure that your cup will fit good, well fitted cups+perfect band= amazing underwire bra! Don't worry if you perfect size is not the size you want to be. It's best to have a larger size then to smush your girls in a too small bra.
After your measurement your girls may need an adjustment. No worries, their are two simple ways to adjust yourself. One being to scoop your boobs into the wire with the opposite hand. The other calls for you to (yes, this is silly but hey, it works ;))lean forward and wiggle a little.
There are a few exceptions to wearing underwire bras. For example if you have a high rib cage, suffer from medical conditions like hernial or hiatial, and lastly those going through surgery. For these people you may want to consider a soft up wireless bra.

Bras that bite

Have you ever put on your favourite bra and favourite flattering shirt, glance in the mirror and notice you have four boobs? Trust me, four girls are not better than two.
It's simple, if it does fit don't wear it! If your girls are flowing in abundance over your bra, it is evident that that particular cup is too small. That is one of the most common problems with our clients. But no need to fret it is an easy fix. :) You just have to find your proper cup size.
The key is to have a snug fitting band (not a band that bites, no one wants a band that gives the appearance of back fat) that lies fat across your back. Once this task is complete all you need to do is find the correct cup size. Now, don't be shocked if you find out you're a 36DD and you've been squeezing into a 36C, your best fitting bra could be anything from a AAA-O (yes, O cups exist). :)
"This bra looks and feels great, but I still have four girls" Fittings are a measure of trial and error. If your band or cup is still biting you the solution is to start from scratch. Your personal shopper will not mind searching high and low for your perfect bra. It's all about you!
